The HGM4000N series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent, and networked technologies, and is used in the automation and monitoring system of a single generator set to realize the automatic start/stop of the generator set, data measurement, alarm protection and other functions. The controller adopts liquid crystal (LCD) display, with optional interface operation in eight languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, French, Portuguese, and Polish. The operation is simple and reliable.


The HGM4000N series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology to realize the functions of precise measurement, fixed value adjustment, timing and threshold setting of various parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through a PC via USB. Interface adjustment can also be adjusted and monitored through the RS485 interface using a PC. Its compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

There are six models in the HGM4000N series:


HGM4010N/HGM4010NC/HGM4010CAN: used for stand-alone automation, control the automatic start and stop of the generator set through the remote start signal;


HGM4020N/HGM4020NC/HGM4020CAN: On the basis of HGM4010N/HGM4010NC/HGM4010CAN, mains power monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control function (AMF) are added, which is especially suitable for a single-machine automation system composed of one city and one machine.
