1. Eligibility for Returns
Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order. You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, if applicable.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Item is damaged caused by improper use.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

- Products that broke during normal use within the warranty period.
