No.1,No.2 terminals: 1 is DC positive, 2 is DC negtive.
No.3,No.4 terminals are the output connector of ACTUATOR
No.5,No.6 terminals are the input connections of MPU
No.7,No.8,No.9 terminals are external RPM fine tuning
No.10 is the connector of idle-speed switch
No.11 terminal is free connector
4, adjustment
The speed controllers shall be adjusted before sending out from factory, but it can be adjusted
slightly again during the operating according to different engine models, the operation is as below:
a, adjust to the initial position:
if wrong operation is made during the operation that the potentiometers adjustment is in a mess
then please adjust as the instruction below:
stop engine and switch off the power of speed controller:
please adjust IDLE SPEED to middle point(turning around 20 circles. Firstly use inverted
direction to the bottom then turn around 10 circles in clockwise direction)
please adjust RUN SPEED to middle point (turning around 20 circles,Firstly use inverted
direction to the bottom then turn around 10 circles in clockwise direction )
please adjust GAIN to 20%~50%(turning around 1 circle)
please adjust DROOP TO 0
b, IDLE
Usually the IDLE speed is 600-800 RMP per min, if turning IDLE in clockwise direction,the
RPM will be increased;if turning IDLE in inverted direction, the RPM will be decreased.
c, RUN
Usually the speed of idle load is 1515RPM per min(50.5Hz), rated load is 1500RPM per
min(50.0Hz). if turning RUN in clockwise direction,the RPM will be increased;if turning RUN in inverted direction, the RPM will be decreased.
d, GAIN
The running speed of engine responses rapidly when turning GAIN in clockwise direction, the running speed of engine is stable when turning GAIN in inverted direction, the places are in No.5-No.7.on the occasion of idle load, please adjust GAIN in clockwise direction slightly till the running speed is up, then ajust GAIN in inverted direction slightly till the speed is stable.
e, DROOP
The function of DROOP: when the load is increased, then running speed of engine will be decreased. if turning DROOP in clockwise direction, then the running speed's drop-out value will be increased; if turning DROOP in inverted direction, then the running speed's drop-out value will be decreased.
